Tamarind Pulp<br />2 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder<br />1 tbsp. Garam Masala<br />1 tbsp. Coriander Powder<br />1 tsp. Cumin Powder<br />1 tsp. Turmeric Powder<br />3 tbsp. Gram Flour<br />10-12 Curry Leaves<br />3-4 Green Chillies, slit<br />2 tbsp. Oil<br />1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste<br />½ cup Coriander Leaves, chopped<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, fried onions, coconut, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, roasted gram flour and mix well.<br />- Add the crabs, salt and tamarind pulp. Mix well.<br />- Add water, stir and cook for 5 minutes on high flame covered with a lid.<br />- Spread the parboiled rice on the cooked gravy and cover with a lid. Cook for 12 minutes.<br />- Switch the flame on letting it rest for 2 minutes before serving.<br /><br />Lip-smacking Crab Rice is ready to eat.<br />
